1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website (https://theeyeslahore.com), scheduling an appointment online, or utilizing any services provided by The Eyes Eye Clinic (162-A Shah Jamal, Lahore), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy & Patient Confidentiality Charter.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our online scheduling tools and contact our reception desk directly via telephone at 042-35403697 / 042-37429362 / 0345-4234835 / 0303-4848688.

2. Medical Disclaimer & Nature of Online Guidance

Online content is informative and educational—not a definitive clinical prescription:

The articles, procedural breakdowns, surgical descriptions, and vision simulators available on this website are designed for patient education. They do not constitute an official doctor-patient diagnostic relationship until an in-person physical examination, slit-lamp assessment, and corneal topography scan are conducted at our clinical facility.

3. Appointment Scheduling, Tokens & Slot Policies

Our digital appointment desk enables patients to secure priority tokens with our senior consultant eye surgeons:

A. Real-Time Slot Reservation

When reserving a slot, our system temporarily holds the time for your consultation. Our patient relations coordinator will confirm the booking via direct telephone call or WhatsApp confirmation.

B. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We request at least 2 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to reallocate theatre slots and examination tokens to urgent patients.

C. Punctuality for Pupil Dilation

Patients scheduled for cataract phaco, vitreo-retinal evaluations, or LASIK corneal topography should arrive 15 minutes prior to their slot to allow sufficient time for diagnostic pupil dilation drops.

4. Patient Data Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Strict Confidentiality of Online Submissions:

All information provided during the appointment process—including phone numbers, requested procedures, and symptom descriptions—is treated with strict medical confidentiality. The Eyes strictly prohibits the sale, distribution, or external sharing of patient data with advertisers or commercial organizations.

5. Urgent Trauma & Emergency Retinal Detachment Protocol

If you experience sudden vision loss, severe eye trauma, chemical burns, or symptoms of acute retinal detachment (curtains in vision or rapid flashes of light), do not rely solely on web form submissions.
